At present CTA Ltd hold service and calibration contracts throughout the world with several renowned thermal spray companies covering a whole range of equipment from all of the major equipment manufacturers, these include:

• GTV MF-P-600-Plasma, MF-G-1000 HVOF gas and Universal Thermal Spray System, all are presently in use in the UK Aerospace Industry.
• Sulzer Metco 2, 3, 7, 9MC, and MCN plasma consoles, Diamond Jet Series 1000 and automatic DJC HVOF systems.
• Plasmatechnik A-1000 plasma and CDS 1000 HVOF systems.
• Praxair/TAFA JP5000 Liquid fuel HVOF and 1264 type powder feeders.
• Miller Thermal 3620, 3702 and 3910 plasma consoles and HV3400 HVOF consoles.
• Plasmadyne 3600 plasma console and Plasmatron 1251 powder feeders.
• Metallisation Met Jet III liquid fuel HVOF system.

In addition to this we can carry out on-site pressure gauge calibration within a range of 0- 24 Bar or 350 psi. Gas flows within a range of 0-1000 l/min using Bronkhorst standardised Mass Flow Meters and electrical power ranges of 0-2000 Amps DC.
